TExprodesk in collaboration with Mrs. Nicole Booi and Mr. Victor Mathilda from Asociacion di Musico y Artistanan Arubano (AMMA), organized the webinar Intellectual Property Rights. The webinar consisted of the following topics: ‘auteursrecht’; naburige rechten; databankenrecht; octrooirecht; merkenrecht; modellenrecht; chiprecht; kwekersrecht); and handelsnaamrecht.

Participant received also the Application Form for the Filing of a Copyrighted Work and the Trademark First Filling Application form that they could fill out and submit at the Burau of Intellectual Property Rights.
